Pesto genovese

The pesto, stronghold of the Ligurian cuisine is a very versatile sauce and always appreciated on the table. It can be used to make excellent dishes or as a dressing sauce. The pesto releases all the goodness and freshness contained in the fresh basil leaves creating a creamy dressing that enhances the delicious flavors and colors of the Mediterranean cuisine.

Ingredients: basil 51%, sunflower oil 25%, cheese 4,2% (cow’s milk, salt, rennet, lysozyme from egg), cashews, extra virgin olive oil, potato flakes, salt, sugar, yeast extract, pine nuts 0,5%, garlic. Acidity regulator: lactic acid. Antioxidant: L-ascorbic acid.
