Land so rich in culinary traditions that offers much in terms of food and wine. Pride of the region, the kitchen of Lucania is traditionally a wise combination of simple and genuine products, far from sophisticated elaborations of the modern kitchen. Suffice it to say that in preparing the dishes covered only the use of olive oil, while the butter is used as cheese (Burrini and whisk). Despite similarities with some dishes of neighboring regions, the originality of the kitchen Luke is the ability to draw flavors from things simple, mixing spices extolling the poorest dishes.
