Amatriciana Sauce

Tomato and bacon cooked with peppers, onions and stir fried in extra virgin olive oil. Amatriciana is one of the most popular and traditional Roman recipe, born in Italy and famous Worldwide.

Ingredients: tomato pulp 58%, bacon (pork, salt, spices) 20%, onion, extra virgin olive oil, tomato paste, butter, sugar, garlic, white wine, yeast extract, salt, black pepper, hot pepper. Acidity regulator: lactic acid.
